Aarhus Centre Bohtar (Kurgan-Tyube)

The Aarhus Centre Bohtar (Kurgan-Tyube) supports and promotes the implementation of the Aarhus Convention in western Tajikistan.

The main task of Bohtar (Kurgan-Tyube) Aarhus Centre is to facilitate partnership among government and civil society in addressing priority environmental and security challenges in the region through utilization of the mechanisms offered by the Aarhus Centres.
